Android video chat APP giggitus allows you not only to be in contact with your old friends, but also meet new people. This is the first and only one full Video Chat for mobile phones with Android OS. 1. Video stream is turned off in the free chat. It was done to take off children from the chat. There is even written - "Underage protection. To unlock video chat please confirm your age by making registration. Now VIP chat is free for everybody!!" 2. VIP chat is free!!! All you should do is register; make a photo which will proof your age and then chat for free!!!
